Framework 3.3.0 - Release Candidate One

SilverStripe 3.3.0-rc1 is now available

If you were following the news over December, you'd know that just before Christmas we released 3.3.0 beta1 for download. Check back there if you're interested in the full list of  features included in this version.

With lots of testing and bugfixing, we are proud to release 3.3.0 release candidate one. That means, it is a candidate for a stable release, so if nothing bad gets uncovered in this version, it will be released as the final stable 3.3.0.

Installing the update

To get a fresh copy of the beta to test out, you can create a new project with the following composer command.

composer create-project silverstripe/installer /path/to/project 3.3.0-rc1

Or head over to the pre-release downloads to grab the files via zip or tar.
