How to tame your SilverStripe: the return of StripeCon

Announcing StripeCon 2016, the SilverStripe European conference that is dedicated to SilverStripe CMS/Framework. This will be the third time the conference is held by the community for the community in Europe, and it will be better and grander than ever!

A long long time ago…

Actually, it was only 2 years ago in Linz, Austria—a group of SilverStripe fans had the idea of getting together to learn about SilverStripe and spread the word about the awesome SilverStripe CMS/Framework. The next thing they knew: a conference was born, with SilverStripers from all over Europe coming together to hear inspirational and educational talks, develop their skills, share ideas and network.

StripeCon is now an annual event for like-minded SilverStripe developers and users. And it is something that the European community looks forward to every year.

The Silver Dragon awaits

This year’s conference will be held on 13–15 October, 2016 at the beautiful Ljubljana Castle in the capital of Slovenia.

According to legends, there is a digital beast lurking beneath the Ljubljana Castle, a monster platform capable of conquering the known online world with the roar of its code, inciting error on all who fail to believe in its powers.

You are invited to join us on our quest to tame this beast! Become one of our brave Silvernauts and embark on this 2-day journey of developer training, publishing skill mastering, design polishing, and overall joviality beneath and within the walls of the Ljubljana Castle.

• Register your attendance on meetup. Note that the early bird tickets are available until 1 September only, so make sure you reserve your seat quickly! I
• Speak at the conference: Want to deliver a talk on any SilverStripe-related topic? Email your talk proposal to info@stripecon.eu before 14 September. If your talk is approved, we will give you a free pass to the event :)
