The SilverStripe Christchurch meetup in October was a success with over 30 attendees and three very informative talks. SilverStripers in Christchurch (New Zealand) also had plenty of opportunities to share their knowledge, network and discuss all things SilverStripe.
We are releasing three videos of the talks that were delivered on the evening so that the open source community can benefit from this knowledge sharing and discussion.
The first talk of the evening was delivered by Hayden Shaw, web developer from E2 Digital. Hayden runs through Shea Dawson’s SilverStripe Blocks module, a flexible foundation for defining reusable blocks of content or widgets that can be managed in the CMS. Hayden takes you through different features of the module and gives a demo of how the module is used.
