In November of 2017 the first New Zealand based StripeCon was held in Wellington, the birthplace of the SilverStripe CMS. At this event, there were a number of excellent speakers, the first of which was the CEO of SilverStripe Sam Minnée. 

The video

StripeCon was a one day conference focused on all things SilverStripe, and in his opening talk Sam discussed 'starting fast and staying fast' and how it can help with building better teams.

The videos from the other speakers will also be put up so keep an eye on the SilverStripe blog.
