How did you discover SilverStripe?
We have been using SilverStripe as our main CMS for around 7 years. We explored other CMS options but found that SilverStripe allowed us the flexibility with development that we needed, the support of its open source community and our clients found interacting with the CMS really straightforward.
How does your agency currently use SilverStripe?
We use SilverStripe for around 90% of our development. These include simple brochure websites, large e-commerce websites and large custom built applications.
Why do you recommend clients use SilverStripe over other options?We have found that clients really enjoy interacting with the CMS. This gives us the confidence that new users will have a positive experience as well. The scalability of SilverStripe also allows us to work with our clients and keep refining their websites over time.
Biggest agency milestone in the past year?
Over the last year, we have had the opportunity to work on a number of larger and more challenging projects that allowed us to really explore the power of the SilverStripe Framework and deliver great solutions to our clients.
Why did you want to join the SilverStripe Partner Programme?
We have been advocates for SilverStripe for a number of years and joining the partnership programme seemed to be the next logical step. We're looking forward to introducing our future clients to SilverStripe.
What goals do you hope to achieve with Plato Creative and SilverStripe in the next year?
We're looking forward to continuing to work with and push the SilverStripe Framework on our future projects. We're also pretty excited to see the release of SilverStripe 4.0.
What would be your dream client to work with?
We get the biggest kick out of working with ambitious clients that we can partner with to help them achieve online success—whether it's building awareness, lead and sales generation or integrating multiple systems to improve operational performance. We enjoy working with SMEs across multiple industries and it's our broad insights armed with in-depth knowledge of SilverStripe that gives us the skills to tackle any challenge or opportunity they have.
