Dover Hydraulics had experienced great success with their website designed by the agency, but it was time for a refresh. Innis Maggiore switched the site over to SilverStripe to take advantage of the coding flexibility and added a web-based application – named the Hydraulics Squad – to allow e-submission of repair tickets and quotes. The client is experiencing greater sales off the website than ever before, and service/quote times have decreased from multiple days to to mere hours.
