I built the backend for Greggs Rewards, a loyalty scheme for Greggs the Bakers. The main web application, built with SilverStripe 3.1, formed the basis of Greggs Rewards' online operation.
The main web application, built with SilverStripe 3.1, formed the basis of Greggs Rewards. It features a fully featured member management system with SMS / email verification, integrates with several third party APIs, and provides its own RESTful API that is consumed by the Greggs mobile app. Finally, and most importantly, SilverStripe powers the ordering process of in-store credit and gift cards, as well as coordinating with Greggs' loyalty API to provide bespoke offers for each member.
