Beyond a Look and Feel

We’ve worked with Russells Curtains and Blinds to take their brand beyond a new look and feel, by redefining the value of their offering.

Rather than being focused on competitive price point, we’ve shifted the perception of value to be about their quality fabric, hand crafted, NZ made product.

Clearly articulating Russells key points of difference helps to educate the market about why they are the best choice for curtains and blinds.

BUILDING A FOUNDATION

We’ve refreshed the brand and taken it to the digital platform with a fully responsive, user focused website.

The new brand creates a strong foundation from which a range of campaigns can be developed.

A NEW APPROACH

We identified that Russells audience are interacting differently with media and are less responsive to print and direct mailers. 

In response we invested in an increased digital presence with a competitive edge, focused on seasonal incentives, rather than flooding the market with sales and price battles.
