Working closely with TRC and within an Agile framework, we designed and developed their responsive website using SilverStripe to an
incredibly high standard.
Our early user research work involved persona development and in the field interviews with dairy farmers, through to riding buses with locals.
From this research we tailored the design of environmental data and the bus and transport experiences specifically for these audiences. We designed experiences that kept user interest and compelled them to discover relevant services or content they might not otherwise have known about. This increased engagement and increased the value of each visit.
A major component for this project was the Content Strategy – we worked with TRC to create this strategy and reviewed early content against the strategy and intent of the site.
Producing the work on time and within budget, TRC were thrilled with the outcome.
