Kia wanted us to design and build an all-new responsive website—complete with a new and user-friendly content management system. Creating a slick user experience that connected the audience with their product effectively would be key.
Through research, design and user testing we future-proofed the site to deliver information in bite-sized pieces, remove the auto industry ‘marketing speak’ and strip out unnecessary content to provide a revitalised customer-centric approach. We also introduced a more logical navigation and improved tracking from banners and social media.
With the redesigned, streamlined navigation, content is more intuitive to find. The improved tracking for banner and social traffic also makes marketing more efficient and effective. We continue to support the site with homepage updates, proactive content and structural refinements based on usage patterns, design new forms and further develop the CMS to ensure excellent usability.
