As part of a wider strategy, we were tasked with the challenge from Wisdom to consolidate their digital technology, streamline business processes and improve the user experience and conversion rate of their websites. As part of this process, we did the user experience design, user interface design, development, backend integration and various automation tasks for the Wisdom Homes website. We streamlined development practises by creating efficiencies with shared code bases across their other brands and worked closely with their teams to integrate data into various platforms including CRMs etc. We also created an interactive estimate builder so users can create an account, select their home style, floor plan and related finishes to receive a customised build estimate. We've had excellent feedback on the site with CMS administrators giving feedback about the ease of use when editing content and we've seen an increase in the richness of data gathered as well as an increase of home enquiries across the board.
