ChatCops is a video-based platform where you can hear from Police staff including real Officers what it's like to work for Police. We knew that before people apply to become a Police Officer, they have questions – so we designed and built ChatCops. This puts Police staff in front of the camera to answer a range of questions people have about becoming an Officer. It was a fast turn around to design, test and build. We worked agile and adapted quickly to changes and new possibilities throughout the project. ChatCops went live on October 24, 2018 and the results we've had to date have been great.
